Toray Anti-static fabric range is manufactured with carbon yarn. Providing a proven durable anti-static fabric solution that can be industrially laundered and sterilised. Making it a greener alternative to disposable products for the healthcare market.

A selection of Toray Surgical/Barrier Fabrics:

Ashford - High Density, extremely durable, fluid and microbe resistant, non- linting critical area fabric, without carbon.

Bonsall - High Density, extremely durable, fluid and microbe resistant, non- linting critical area fabric.

Bakewell ESD - High Density, very durable, fluid and microbe resistant, non- linting critical area fabric. Includes carbon anti-static yarn in the warp.

Buxton ESD - Using air textured yarns for a slip resistant surface, this includes using carbon anti-static yarn in the warp which are very durable, fluid, microbe resistant and non-linting.

Colour Matching Service
Toray Textiles Europe offer a fully bespoke, in house colour matching service. We have been at the forefront of instrumental colour measurement since 1982 and can match to colour space targets, Pantone® references or physical samples.
